Who we are looking for

CHRO-level seniority

You have held a chief HR officer, VP HR, or equivalent role, or currently operate at comparable scope.

Minimum 12 years in HR

Deep practical experience across employment law, talent, performance, culture, compensation, and organisational design.

Indian market context

Direct familiarity with Indian companies, Indian employment realities, and the operating context of SMEs and growth-stage businesses.

Board or C-suite exposure

Experience where people decisions and business risk genuinely intersect, not just functional HR administration.

Selectivity is load-bearing for this model. It protects quality for companies and preserves the value of the network for advisors.

Every application gets a personal review

No algorithmic scoring. We review applications like the work matters, because it does.

We are not optimising for panel volume

The goal is not to fill a directory. The goal is to maintain a small, credible network of serious operators.
